• Settlement (ILR) and British citizenship
• Student and Visitor visas

We offer a fixed-fee service wherever possible, with fees confirmed in writing before any work commences. All services are delivered in accordance with IAA regulations, confidentiality standards, and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
4. Client Responsibilities
When you instruct us, you agree to:

Failure to provide accurate information or full cooperation may affect the outcome of your application. We will not be liable for any refusal or delay resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client information.
5. Fees and Payment
All fees will be agreed and confirmed in writing before work commences. Our fees cover our professional services only and do not include Home Office fees, NHS surcharges, or third-party charges (e.g., interpreters, couriers, translators).
Payment is required in accordance with any invoice terms provided.
Unless otherwise agreed, work will not commence until payment (or a deposit) has been received in cleared funds.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of signing these Terms and Conditions.
Any refund within the 14-day period will reflect a deduction for work already completed.
After the 14-day period, fees are non-refundable.
A 30% cancellation fee applies upon instruction, 60% once a consultation and client care letter are issued, 80% upon document review, and 100% once drafting of the application has begun. Refunds are not available after submission of an application to the Home Office.
7. Scope of Advice
All advice provided by UK Immigration Pathways is based on UK immigration laws and policy in effect at the time of service. We are not responsible for any changes to law, policy, or practice after advice has been given. We do not provide legal representation in court, employment law advice, or tax/financial advice unless expressly stated in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
We will act with reasonable skill and care in providing our services. However, we shall not be liable for:
• Any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you;
• Home Office processing delays or refusals beyond our control;
• Consequential or indirect losses (e.g., loss of income, opportunity, or travel costs).
• Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you for the service in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
9. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We treat all client information as confidential and comply fully with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. Your data will only be shared with third parties (such as the Home Office or relevant partners) where necessary for your application or with your explicit consent.

You may terminate our services at any time by giving notice in writing.
We reserve the right to terminate the agreement where:
• You fail to pay agreed fees;
• You provide false or misleading information;
• You act abusively or unreasonably; or
• Continuing representation would breach IAA regulations or professional conduct standards.
Upon termination, any fees due will remain payable according to the refund policy outlined above.
